Saying Goodbye to Your Old Home!

One of the things we rarely think about in all the hustle and bustle of moving is how we’re going to say goodbye to our old home.

How do we visit all the memories - good and not so good - that we’ve experienced in this home?

I’ll tell you a story. My aunt in California got a bottle of her favorite red wine and went room by room recalling the memories she created. Over the course of an evening, that bottle of wine disappeared, but she had the chance to really say goodbye to each space.
