Summerwood

This mid century modern residence located on Summerwood in Farmington HIlls' Holly Hills subdivision was built for Al Tobocman's family in the 1960's. Showing classic Tobocman design details, the home was renovated by Irving Tobocman to add an updated primary suite. The Gilson Home Group was engaged to market and sell this fine residence in 2022. The design employs use of cantilevered platform on one level, interior passage doors to the ceiling, floor to ceiling door walls, terrazzo floor and classic custom designed cabinetry and millwork throughout. We assisted the owners to identity the new owners and hand off this treasure to its new owners.
